Processor uses for the CPU speed.

Slot processors used in the Pentium I, II, & III computers.

The speed of these processors were 150Mhz to 500Mhz. 

370 PINS PENTIUM III PROCESSOR

These processors uses in the Pentium III computers.
370 pins are available on these processors.
  The speed of these processors are 450Mhz to 1Ghz.

PENTIUM IV PROCESSOR

These processors are use in the Pentium IV computers.
It is a small then Pentium III processors.
The speed of these processor are 1.2Ghz to 3.0Ghz 

PAINLESS PROCESSOR

These processors are also use in the Pentium IV computers.
The pins are not available on these processors.
The speed of these processor are 1.2Ghz to 3.0Ghz. 

CORE 2 DUO PROCESSOR

Core 2 Duo processors use in the latest computers.
The speed of core 2 duo 3.0Ghz to 4.7Ghz.

SIP (SINGLE INLINE PIN) RAM

30 pins on this chip & single inline. 

SIMM (SINGLE INLINE MEMORY MODULE) RAM

Simm memory used in the 486 & Pentium I computers.
2 types were simm memory Without cut & Single cut. 

DIM (DUEL INLINE MEMORY) RAM

Three types are Dim memory available in the markets.
(1) SDR   (2) DDR1   (3) DDR2

SD ram uses in the Pentium II & III computer.

DDR1 RAM

DDR rams use in the Pentium IV & higher computers.
184 pins on these rams.
These rams consist on single cut(notch). 

DDR 2 RAM

These rams consist on 240 pins.
Single cut(notch) on these rams.
DDR 2 works fast then the DDR1.
DDR2 also use in Pentium IV & higher computers.
